I know there’s certain cities that have a lot of flights going to them from chicago and are generally very cheap like dirt cheap. Bored of Chicago and want to take a couple short weekend trips just friday saturday sunday. what are some cities that have cheap flights going to them from chicago and what do they generally run?

I want to fly between Egypt and South Africa and was wondering if there are any cheap airlines like the ones they have in Europe (ryanair, easyjet, etc.) I know that the cheap small plane airlines do not usually appear in results when you search for flights in a flight searcher such as kayak etc.
Can anyone who has been to Africa or lives there help me out?
